- Represents clients in a wide variety of litigation, including insurance defense, contractual interference, and mass torts.
- Involved in ongoing litigation for a mass toxic tort claim.
- Defends lenders and national financial services organizations in actions with borrowers asserting mortgage-related claims, including allegations of wrongful foreclosure, loan modification disputes, slander to title, breach of contract, and state mortgage statute violations.
- Defends financial institutions in actions brought by borrowers asserting violations of federal and state consumer protection statutes, including Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (“RESPA”), and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”).
- Defends and prosecutes actions on behalf of financial institutions involving title to property and lien priority.
