Representative Matters:
- Represented an Atlanta technology company being sued by one of its suppliers for breach of contract, and added tort claims, including fraud and breach of fiduciary duty. Won summary judgment on all of the tort claims except for breach of fiduciary duty. The Court of Appeals reversed in our favor.
- Represented a production company suing a major telecommunications company for an alleged failure to distribute a recording. Won the appeal in the Second Circuit, which reversed the district court's dismissal of our client's Complaint on statute of limitation grounds.
- Represented an international technology company based in Atlanta in arbitration suing for fraud and breach of a stock purchase agreement. The case involved complex technical and legal issues, and a large number of documents. Obtained a favorable settlement for our client prior to arbitration.
- Represented a consultant suing various developers for their failure to pay her consultancy fee in a week-long jury trial. Obtained a verdict of nearly $1,000,000 for the client, which included all of the client’s legal fees.
